1) General Information on the Processing and Handling of Personal Data
You may visit our website without providing any personal information about yourself. Whenever our website is accessed, user data are transmitted through the respective internet browser and saved in log files, so-called server log files, e.g. date and time of access, name of the accessed site, transmitted data volume and the provider through which the request is made. These data cannot be allocated to a specific person, but serve exclusively as a means to ensure a smooth operation of our website and the improvement of our offer.
Personal data are collected, if you submit the same voluntarily to us for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract or when creating a customer account. The respective data entry forms contain further details and information which data are collected. A deletion of your customer account is possible at any time by sending a notification to the contact address referred to below. We shall save and use the data submitted by you for the purpose of contract performance or the implementation of pre-contractual steps and measures. Without these data, we shall not be in a position to conclude the contract with you or to reply to your inquiries. When placing a second order with us, you may log-in again which facilitates the new order process for you. After complete processing of the last contract or when the deletion of your customer account has been finalized, your data will be blocked with regard to the storing periods prescribed by the legislation of tax and trade law, and shall be deleted after expiry of these periods, unless you have agreed explicitly to a further use of your data.
Personal data will be collected within the framework of communication
established with us (e.g. via contact form or email). The respective
contact form contains further detailed information on the data collected
in respect of a contact form. These data will be saved and used
exclusively for the purpose of replying to your inquiries and contacting
you as well as the technical administration related to this process.
After the processing of your enquiry has been completed, your data will
be saved with us for a period of six months for the purpose of
subsequent enquiries and then deleted. We shall not disclose or forward
these data to third parties without having obtained your prior explicit
consent in this respect.
Furthermore, personal data, i.e. name,
postal address and email address, will be collected, if you subscribe
to our email newsletter. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any
time by sending us a notification to this effect. After successful
unsubscription, your email address will be deleted immediately in our
newsletter mailing list.
We will use your email address for a
one-time reminder sent to you by us to rate your order for the rating
system used by us, if you have agreed explicitly to the same towards us
during or after your order placement. This consent may be expressed by
activating a check box or by clicking on a corresponding button and may
be revoked at any time by sending a notification to the contact option
described below.
The data processing will be made on the basis of
the statutory provisions governing Article 96 (3) of the TKG (i.e. the
Austrian Telecommunications Act) as well as Article 6 (1) (a) (consent)
for the processing of data for newsletter subscriptions or email
reminders sent to rate ordered products and (b) (necessary for the
performance of the contract) of the General Data Protection Regulation
(i.e. DSGVO).
2) Disclosure of personal Data
2.1 Your personal data are saved on Cloud servers provided by the company Koerbler GmbH, Hofweg 1, 8430 Wagna, which makes available to us the required storage capacities. The Cloud servers on which your personal data are saved, are located in Austria to ensure that your data will not leave Austria at any point of time. Your data will be deleted immediately after the termination of the contract concluded with us.
2.2 If you opt for one of the payment methods offered by the payment service provider checkoutportal by wirecard, the payment processing will be effected through the payment service provider checkoutportal by wirecard, Wirecard UK & Ireland Ltd, 1st Floor Ulysses House,Foley Street Dublin 1, Ireland, to whom we will disclose the information provided by you within the framework of your order placement, including the information on your order (name, address, where appropriate, with IBAN and BIC, invoice amount, currency and, where applicable, with transaction number). The disclosure of your data is made exclusively for the purpose of payment processing effected through the payment service provider checkoutportal by wirecard.
2.3 The personal data collected by us shall be disclosed to the transport company commissioned by us with the delivery of your order under the contract, insofar as this is required for the delivery of the goods.
2.4 If you opt for payment via PayPal, we shall disclose your payment data within the framework of payment processing to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as "PayPal"). In case of the chosen payment methods of credit card via PayPal and direct debiting via PayPal, PayPal reserves the right to carry out a check on creditworthiness. The result of the check on creditworthiness with regard to the statistical probability of payment default is used by PayPal for the purpose of taking a decision on its preparedness to make available the respective payment method. The credit check may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as these score values are included in the credit check, they are based on scientifically recognized mathematical and statistical methods. Their calculation include, inter alia, address data feed. 3) Cookies

4) Use of Google AdWords Conversion-Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program „Google AdWords“ and
,within the scope of Google AdWords, the method of conversion tracking.
Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google
Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA;
„Google“). The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on
an advertisement delivered by Google. Cookies are small text files that
are stored on your computer system. These cookies expire after a period
of 30 days and do not serve as a means to identify you personally. If
the user visits certain pages on this website and the cookie has not
expired yet, Google and our company are able to identify that the user
has clicked on the ad and was directed to this page. Every Google AdWord
client receives a different cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be
tracked through the websites provided by AdWords customers. The
